Return & Refund Policy

At VORYNEX, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the conditions outlined below.

Return Window

You have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused

  • The product must be unopened

  • The original safety seal must be intact

  • The item must be in its original packaging

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or unsealed supplements cannot be returned.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

If an order is returned to us due to:

  • An incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer

  • Failure to collect the parcel

The original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
If the customer requests reshipment, a new shipping fee will apply.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence.

In case of confirmed carrier loss, we will offer either:

  • A replacement shipment, or

  • A full refund

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.
