1. Shipping Origin

All orders are shipped from Germany.

We currently ship to all countries within the European Union, excluding certain special territories (such as the Canary Islands).

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

4. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days after dispatch.

Total estimated delivery timeframe: 6–9 business days from the date of order.

Please note that delivery times may be slightly extended during high-demand periods.

5. Shipping Method & Fees

All orders are shipped via DHL and include tracking.

Shipping fees depend on parcel size and total order weight. Final shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

6. Tracking

All shipments include tracking.
Customers receive a tracking number via email once the order has been dispatched.

7. Lost Packages

If a parcel is officially confirmed as lost by the carrier (DHL), we will either:

• Resend the order at no additional cost, or

• Issue a full refund.

We will assist you in opening an investigation with the carrier if necessary.

8. Non-Collection or Failed Delivery

If a parcel is returned to us due to:

• Non-collection

• Failed delivery attempts

• Refusal of delivery

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

If the order is to be reshipped, a new shipping fee must be paid.

9. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is provided and the parcel is returned:

• The original shipping cost will not be refunded.

• Any reshipment requires payment of a new shipping fee.

If you notice an address error, please contact us immediately. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has been dispatched.

10. Customs & Duties

As we currently ship within the European Union, no additional customs duties apply for EU deliveries.
