Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery takes 6–9 business days in total from the date of your order. In remote areas, you may need to collect your parcel from a nearby pickup point of the local courier.

We currently ship within Europe — to 27 countries across the EU plus a few neighbouring markets. Availability for your exact address is confirmed at checkout.

Orders are dispatched from our fulfillment center in Germany with DHL. For deliveries outside Germany, DHL takes your parcel to your country, where a local courier company completes the delivery.

Yes. You can withdraw within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason and send back unopened products with the safety seal intact. Before sending them, please email us photos showing the label and the seal, and once you've shipped the parcel, its tracking number: we refund you as soon as we receive the products or your proof of sending. Don't send anything to the sender address on the parcel; we'll give you the return address. For hygiene reasons, opened products cannot be returned.
