Every 15 g serving contains 3 g L-citrulline, 3 g creatine (from 3.41 g creatine monohydrate), 2.5 g L-arginine and 149 mg caffeine, together with beta-alanine, taurine and guarana. Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high intensity exercise. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine.

Mix 15g (1 scoop) with 250–500ml of water. Consume approximately 20–30 minutes before training.
